Beautiful, sleek looking watch. The dial, display, lettering, buttons, bracelet, links, complement each other and look very well proportioned. I really like the overall small size of the watch and bracelet. Looks perfect on my 6.25 inch wrist which is on the smaller side. Does not stand out much which I like.The display has decent visibility unless viewed at extreme angles. The lettering around the LCD looks neat. The dial case is made of glossy resin which is shinier than the metal bracelet. The inbuilt light is kind of terrible unless viewed in very dark conditions. But it still is possible to view time.The glass is acrylic and is prone to scratching very easily. If you want to maintain scratch free glass consider using a cheap tempered glass protector which can be replaced anytime. I bought a random one from Amazon, it did not affect visibility.The metal bracelet feels a bit cheap but it is very light weight and comfortable. The bracelet made a squeaky noise of metal rubbing right out of the box but it went away after a few days. Adjustments are easy to make and provide enough correction between links to get a snug fit. The bracelet did pull hair often in the beginning but does not anymore. The hair on my wrist are the same so I don't think I just have less hair there now.Overall highly recommended if you want a neat looking everyday watch.If you are unsure about the authenticity of the watch, check if the seller on Amazon is listed as an authorized seller on the Casio website.

The casio a158w is a great retro timeless classic watch and I've been wearing it for about an year now and as a student leader, musician and acedemician I have found this watch to fit any situation and it has always kept up with the accuracy.It's only negatives are that it's a bit small and the backlight is somewhat weak compared to other casios but overall for the price I can't find a better everyday watch than this
